  • Your Presence Your Power

We guide men back into their bodies, their breath, and their truth—where clarity sharpens, resilience deepens, and power becomes embodied rather than forced. This is not about striving or performing. It’s about remembering who you are when the noise falls away.

Nourish the Journey with Easy Eats

Our partnership with Easy Eats Meal Plan makes food a core part of your transformation.

  • Retreat-Focused Meals
Simple, whole-food menus with fresh, local ingredients—clean proteins, healthy fats, and slow carbs—to keep your energy steady and your nervous system calm.
  • Cooking Demo & Meal Prep Practice
Join a live cooking demo and hands-on meal prep session where you’ll learn how to build a balanced plate and simplify healthy eating when you return home.
  • Dietary Needs Respected
Share your dietary preferences or restrictions in advance (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.), and Easy Eats will ensure you feel nourished and supported.

This collaboration turns food into a living practice of self-respect—so you’re not just transformed for four days, but equipped to nourish yourself long after you leave.

Client Reviews

I came in mentally fried and constantly on edge. Thank you Kekoa. I left calmer, sleeping better, and able to think clearly again.

My experience with Lokahi has been very transformational and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to improve themselves physically and spirtually.

Kekoa serves from a place of humility and care, not ego. You feel supported, respected, and aligned from the moment you arrive.

We do not affiliate ourselves with any religious sect or denomination, nor do we adhere to any specific belief system or dogma. We are men seeking to open our hearts and minds to grow. We come together as brothers from diverse backgrounds and differing socio-political views. Our focus is on uniting and learning to love ourselves and one another despite these differences.

At times, we participate in men’s work influenced by Buddhist or Native American traditions, 12-step programs, or other healing methods. Our aim is to adopt what is effective from these established practices.

We welcome anyone who identifies as male. We are dedicated to helping you develop healthy masculinity, regardless of your sex at birth. Currently, we do not offer groups for individuals who identify as female or non-binary.

We have the utmost respect for all people, but this organization was created specifically for those who identify as male—similar to how some organizations serve individuals of a particular race or ethnicity. Our goal is not to judge or categorize others arbitrarily. We simply believe that men’s work, conducted in groups of men, is highly beneficial for those involved.
